DATE OF DELIVERY
After we confirm with your date and time of your delivery, it's very important that you are available at home to receive your delivery. Failure to pick up within 2 hours of arrival time will increase the risk of losing your fish and our Life Arrival Guarantee will be voided.
LIFE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We want to make sure you feel totally confident when you do business with us by guarantee that your fish will be delivered alive and healthy. If under any unfortunate circumstance that our fish dead on arrival, we will be happy to replace them for you or give you a full refund minus shipping charge. You can also choose to have our store credit for your next purchase.
In order to qualify for our Life Arrival Guarantee, you must immediately contact us within 2 hours of receiving your shipment. You must also send us the pictures of the dead fish in the original unopened bag to email@example.com within 2 hours of receiving your fish.

We also offer shipping from airport to airport using Southwest Air Cargo service. This will be quicker and might be less expensive if you place a large order. More detail about shipping can be discussed when you contact us.
